Job description

Location: Changi Business Park
Mon – Fri, office hours

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from healthcare customers and translate them into SAP IS-H system functionalities
• Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP IS-H modules such as Patient Management (PM), Patient Accounting (PA), and medical documentation
• Optimize healthcare processes by leveraging SAP functionalities, ensuring alignment with best practices in the healthcare industry
• Develop comprehensive functional specifications for ABAP development objects, including enhancements and interfaces, and oversee their testing to ensure proper functionality
• Collaborate with ABAP developers for custom programming as needed
• Design and document data conversion plans and strategies, as well as develop and execute detailed cutover plans
• Create test scripts and coordinate the execution of System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Develop a comprehensive training plan, create detailed training materials, and conduct training sessions to end-users
• Assist in the sales process by conducting scope analysis, designing innovative SAP IS-H solutions, and preparing compelling solutions
• Independently manage the IS-H track by developing and maintaining project timelines, overseeing the change management process, preparing detailed status reports, and providing concise management summaries

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• 5 years and above of proven of hands-on experience in implementing, supporting the maintenance and enhancement of SAP IS-H (Industry-Specific Solution for Healthcare)
• Experience in 1 to 3 or more full-cycle implementation projects
• Strong hands-on expertise in the functional and configuration aspects of the SAP IS-H module, including components such as Clinical Process Builder, Clinical Workstation, Service Concepts, Service Rules, Pricing Procedures, Condition Types, Billing, HL7/HCM interfaces, and the new Business Partner Concept
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and processes, including inpatient and outpatient services
• Proficiency in configuring and managing IS-H components like Patient Management, Patient Accounting, and integration with SAP FI/CO and MM as well as i.s.h.med
• Knowledge of ABAP and debugging is a plus
• Strong analytical skills, strong perseverance, a high degree of initiative and independence
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, particularly when dealing with healthcare professionals
• Ability to collaborate effectively as a team player
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects
• A proactive approach to identifying solutions and delivering results within deadlines
