As a Senior Sales Support Executive (Gov+), you will be reporting to the Global Sales Support Lead under the Global Sales Support (GSS) Team. Your primary role is to provide post-sales support to the Gov+ Client Service Unit (CSU), ensuring smooth order processing, compliance, and project enablement after deal closure.

Responsibilities

What will you do?

  • Order Processing & Project Registration
    • Monitor and track the sales booking from award to project creation.
    • Ensure timely and quality service provided to Client Service Unit (CSU) teams for order processing requests, sales and project registration.
    • Collaborate with Service Organisations to expedite the project registration to facilitate the project budget baseline.
    • Validate order processing requests from sales teams to ensure sales are booked based on firm client awards or sales recognition policy.
  • Cost Sheet & Compliance Support
    • Assist Project Managers with cost sheet preparation and processing in the Cost Sheet Management System (CSMS).
    • Provide guidance to Sales Specialists on cost sheet preparation and processing in CSMS.
    • Advise CSU teams on POC (Percentage of Completion) and Non-POC project classifications.
    • Ensure that Risk Dollars and Capital Charges allocated during the bidding phase are accurately reflected in the cost sheet.
    • Ensure all order processing requests are supported with legally binding agreement from clients.
    • Assist CSU sales teams with the preparation of Banker’s Guarantees.
    • Ensure timely submission of all legal documents (e.g., tender documents, proposals, client contracts, LOA/PO) to the Legal Department to facilitate timely sales incentive payouts for CSU sales teams.
    • Track and monitor the achievement of CSU sales targets.
    • Advise CSU sales teams on sales processes when necessary.
    • Able to serve as backup during a team member’s absence.
    • Willing and able to share knowledge and implement best practices in support of CSUs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the ICT or equivalent industry
  • A finance-related degree/background is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in sales support within the IT/ICT industry is preferred.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English, with effective communication skills across all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, highly organized, and able to multi-task/manage competing priorities.
