Job Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development and Execution
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the institute's client base.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals.
  • Set performance targets and monitor team performance to ensure targets are met.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Sales Operations
  • Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities.
