A leading appliance manufacturer in Singapore is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to manage retail sales and achieve growth targets. This role involves designing strategic sales plans, leading a sales team, and collaborating with various departments. The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience in sales, especially in kitchen appliances, and possess strong leadership skills. A diploma in Sales & Marketing, Retail Management, or Business is required. The position offers a competitive salary package, and short-listed candidates will be contacted.
Our Client a manufacturer of gas-appliances and heating-energy products in Singapore, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Senior Sales Executive(Kitchen Application).
Up till $3,300 basic + $880 Petrol Allowances + Commission + VB

Must Possess own vehicle
Minimum 3-5years of Sales experience preferably in the kitchen appliances handling both traditional and modern trade/ project sales.
To achieve growth and monthly retail sales targets by successfully managing the retail sales channel.
Designing and implementing strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and to ensure its growing presence.
Imparting sales training sessions to dealer’s sales team including overall company retail business processes, daily sales operations, customer management.
To analyze the strengths and weaknesses of his dealer’s network for the purpose of assigning tasks to sales and marketing executives.
Responsible for all administrative issues and to keep track of overall individual and team sales.
Work closely with other functional groups not limited to Marketing, Accounts, Logistics & Operation and HR to ensure accomplishment of task assigned.
Preparation of Monthly Sales, Collection Reports & Yearly Budget Plans.
Updates on Market Shift and Competitors Activities; Involve in Management Strategic Policies making process.
Highly motivated individual and to closely work with the sales team to accomplish assigned tasks and company objectives.
May be required to travel for Regional Sales and Product Meeting.
Diploma in Sales & Marketing/ Retail Management/ Business
Minimum 3-5years of Sales experience preferably in the kitchen appliances handling both traditional and modern trade/ project sales.
Experience in leading a sales team to drive sales from planning to closing and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
