Sales & Marketing
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to maximize revenue and profitability across diverse markets.
- Identify and cultivate strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Proactively seek out and secure new business opportunities within the poultry industry.
- Gain a thorough understanding of customer requirements and challenges to offer tailored poultry product solutions.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the unique value proposition of our products.
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, consistently achieving and surpassing assigned targets.
Customer Service & Support
- Cultivate lasting relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Promptly address customer inquiries and concerns, demonstrating a commitment to their satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential stock issues to prevent wastage or product unavailability.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Leverage market insights to adapt sales strategies and identify untapped growth opportunities.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand our market reach.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Collaborate closely with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to inform business decisions and strategic planning.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in F&B foodservice sales, with a strong background in the poultry industry.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of the poultry industry, including products, applications, and market trends.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and adaptable to a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong time management, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
