Sales & Marketing
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to maximize revenue and profitability across diverse markets.
  • Identify and cultivate strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Proactively seek out and secure new business opportunities within the poultry industry.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of customer requirements and challenges to offer tailored poultry product solutions.

  • Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, consistently achieving and surpassing assigned targets.
Customer Service & Support
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Promptly address customer inquiries and concerns, demonstrating a commitment to their satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential stock issues to prevent wastage or product unavailability.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Leverage market insights to adapt sales strategies and identify untapped growth opportunities.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand our market reach.
Collaboration & Reporting
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to inform business decisions and strategic planning.
Requirements
