    As an experienced Remote Desktop Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective technical assistance to remote employees. With over 5 years of experience in remote desktop support, you will utilize your expertise to troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues from a remote location. Your role will involve utilizing chat functionality to service customers, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in this area.Your proficiency in MS Office Applications, including Outlook, will be crucial in providing comprehensive software, hardware, and application support for both Windows and MAC issues. Experience in supporting remote employees using various form factors such as Citrix environments, VDI machines, and Avaya/Cisco Telephony will be advantageous.In this role, you will also demonstrate familiarity with security tools and the ability to triage effectively. Your responsibilities will include the installation, upgrade, and maintenance of software, hardware, and peripherals to ensure seamless operations for remote employees.As part of your deliverables, you will be expected to utilize remote control tools to manage and enforce compliance with standards. Your assistance will be essential in optimizing devices and software to meet the required standards. Using chat functionality, you will resolve Incidents and diagnose underlying Problems, implementing corrective actions when possible. In cases where a resolution is not feasible, you will follow the escalation procedures accordingly.You will also be required to leverage knowledge cases and pre-defined scripts for issue resolution, ensuring that knowledge is up to date and serves as an effective resource for servicing customer incidents. Your role as a Remote Desktop Support Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of remote employees and their technical requirements.,
