About the Role :

• Acquire new clients and maintain positive and long-term relationships
• We are keen to discuss with consultants from any recruitment desk , not limited to banking and finance
• Provide professional recruitment consultancy services and advices to support client’s hiring needs.
• Handle the entire end-to-end recruitment lifecycle as a 360 Consultant.
• Represent Talent Pro to source candidates by implementing a variety of candidate attraction strategies based on clients' needs.
• Consistently achieving personal targets by driving business revenue.

Qualifications :

• Degree in any discipline with 3-8+ years working experience in Recruitment field.
• Candidates with less experience can also be considered as Recruitment Consultant / Researcher.
