Job description
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs, company culture, and role requirements to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to gather feedback, ensure satisfaction, and identify further business opportunities.
Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a portfolio of clients, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
  • Use various methods (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to attract and identify high-quality candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
Sales & Business Development
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with company goals.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients and candidates.
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients, outlining recruitment strategies and solutions.
Market Expertise
  • Stay current on market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry insights to provide valuable advice to clients and candidates.
  • Build and maintain an extensive network of professionals in your niche.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and trainees within the team.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies for success.
Administration & Reporting
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client and candidate details in the recruitment CRM.
Requirements
  • Sales orientated (good sales achievements will be added advantage)
  • Good communication skills
  • Obtained CEI licence is preferred.
