Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs, company culture, and role requirements to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct regular client meetings to gather feedback, ensure satisfaction, and identify further business opportunities.
Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a portfolio of clients, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
- Use various methods (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to attract and identify high-quality candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
Sales & Business Development
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with company goals.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients and candidates.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients, outlining recruitment strategies and solutions.
Market Expertise
- Stay current on market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry insights to provide valuable advice to clients and candidates.
- Build and maintain an extensive network of professionals in your niche.
Team Leadership & Development
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and trainees within the team.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies for success.
Administration & Reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client and candidate details in the recruitment CRM.
Requirements
- Sales orientated (good sales achievements will be added advantage)
- Good communication skills
- Obtained CEI licence is preferred.
