Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
• Develop pricing models and risk registers.
• Issue and negotiate RFQs, evaluate bids, and prepare LOIs.
• Oversee daily site operations to ensure safety and quality.
