About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a full-time member of our Construction team, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial aspects of our construction projects.

What you'll be doing
  • Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
  • Negotiating and managing procurement contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Monitoring project expenditures and identifying potential cost savings
  • Providing financial reporting and analysis to project managers and senior leadership
  • Collaborating with the design team to ensure cost-effective project solutions
  • Assisting with the preparation of tender submissions and project proposals
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and company policies
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in the construction industry
  • Excellent understanding of construction cost management principles and practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement cost-saving measures
  • Proficient in the use of quantity surveying software and MS Office applications
