Job summary

A prominent HR advisory company in Singapore is seeking a qualified QS Manager to oversee project costs and documentation. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the Structural/Façade Construction Industry. Responsibilities include preparing tender documents, assisting project teams, and liaising with contractors and stakeholders. A degree in QS or Engineering is required along with relevant certifications if needed. The salary range is set between $5,000 to $7,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Construction (Structural/Façade) Industry.
• Possess BCSS or CSOC license if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents for Tender and Contracts.
• Assist Project Team for Variation Works, Progress Claim, and Cost Control.
• Liaise with Main Contractors, Subcontractors, Clients, and Suppliers for Project Cost Issues.
• Conduct Document Control.
• Experience in Facade Works.
