Job Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate terms and conditions and contract clauses with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Quantity measurement, costing, and estimation for both pre-contract and post-contract.
• Track changes to the Design/ Construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
• Price or forecast the cost of different materials required for the project.
• Evaluate progress payment and VOs, cost-benefit analysis, and perform variation order.
• Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in a timely manner.
• Resolve dispute with stakeholder's finalization of project account.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with 2 years in leading tender teams.
• Proficient in Standard Forms of Contract (PSSCOC/SIA/REDAS)
• Proficient in Cubicost.
