Job summary

A leading certification company in Singapore is seeking a Quality Coordinator to manage Third Party Certification (TPC) activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in quality coordination within the oil & gas or energy sectors, and strong documentation and reporting skills are essential. Responsibilities include coordinating inspections, managing documentation, and liaising with vendors. The role requires proficiency in English and may involve travel to project sites.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in quality coordination, inspection, or certification roles.
  • Proven experience managing TPC/TPIA inspection and certification activities.
  • Strong coordination, documentation, and reporting skills.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage Third Party Certification (TPC) activities.
  • Develop and update the TPC Matrix.
  • Plan TPC inspection activities with manufacturing and procurement.
  • Coordinate with vendors and TPC agencies for inspections.
  • Review and distribute TPC-related documentation.
  • Monitor non-conformities from TPC inspections.
