Job summary

A reputable real estate developer in Singapore is seeking a Senior/Property Executive/Officer to ensure the upkeep of buildings and manage tenant relationships. The ideal candidate has a relevant degree and at least 2 years of experience in property management. Responsibilities include maintenance oversight, dealing with complaints, and executing preventive maintenance programs. This role is located in the West region of Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in property or facilities management.
• Fire Safety Manager and SCEM certifications are advantageous.
• WSQ certification in SIC and ERT is a plus.

Senior/Property Executive/Officer (Reputable Developer)

Be part of one of Asia’s leading real estate developers, with a strong portfolio spanning private residences, mixed‑use developments, and commercial landmarks, our client is behind some of Singapore’s most recognizable projects.

What you will do

• Ensure the upkeep of buildings, focusing on cleanliness and security
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs for company‑managed properties
• Oversee and coordinate with contractors on maintenance, repair, and renovation projects
• Foster positive relationships with tenants and business partners
• Respond promptly to complaints, feedback, and service requests
• Manage the handover and takeover process of premises to and from tenants or buyer
• Serve as a member of the Company’s Emergency Response Team (e.g., SIC, ERT, First Aider)
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the manager

What you will need

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), or Real Estate, Facilities, Building or Estate Management
• Min 2 years of relevant experience in property or facilities management
• Fire Safety Manager and SCEM certifications are advantageous
• WSQ certification in SIC and ERT is a plus
• Candidates with strong experience in tenant management will be highly desirable
