Job description

SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER (ACMV / HVAC)

Company Background: One of Singapore's established Engineering company specialises in providing mechanical ventilation and air-conditioning (ACMV) engineering services for office, industrial and residential buildings.

Location

North (Office) & On-Site

Remuneration Package

• Basic up to S$ 6,000

Responsibilities

• Manage project engineering tasks related to ACMV systems.
• Plan, schedule, forecast, execute, and coordinate both technical and managerial aspects of assigned projects.
• Lead and maintain clear communication with Site Engineers and Site Supervisors.
• Control material and labor costs to ensure budget compliance.
• Attend site meetings, perform inspections, and track project progress.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders—including consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, authorities, and agencies—to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure adherence to all construction safety rules and regulations.
• Organize daily construction activities and determine preferred construction methods.
• Maintain accurate and complete project documentation.
• Monitor and report project status to management.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in M&E with at least 3 years of experience in ACMV works.
• Able to work independently and work as a project team.
• Able to carry out prescribed work in a safe, competent or compliant matter.
• Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivated individual.
• Experience and knowledge in AutoCAD and other drawing applications.
• Preference will be given to candidates with strong practical technical skills (ACMV system measurement and installation etc.)
