Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

  • Assist in the planning, scheduling, and management of energy-saving and infrastructure projects.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, work programs, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient and seamless execution.

Site Supervision & Quality Control

  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Oversee site works and resolve any on-site technical issues or project delays.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including BCA and commercial building codes and regulations.

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and relevant authorities to resolve technical issues and maintain alignment with project objectives.
  • Provide timely updates to internal teams and management regarding project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Resource & Cost Management

  • Manage manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to approved budgets.
  • Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, progress claims, quotations, and related documentation.

Contract & Documentation

  • Review project contracts to ensure compliance with specifications and obligations.
  • Support the resolution of contractual issues or disputes.
  • Prepare and submit necessary reports, risk assessments, and method statements for management review.
Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in M&E project engineering, preferably in data centres, commercial facilities, or energy-saving projects.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Proven ability in project planning, execution, and site supervision.
  • Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and lead teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
