Job Description/ Requirement: Degree or Diploma in E&E Engineering, Security Technology, Computer Science, I.T. Services, or Info Communications, with 1-3 years of working experience in a similar industry.

Responsibilities:

• To reconfirm the security design and solutions and systems detection before executing the order.
• To oversee the installation of security systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and clients’ specifications.
• To provide technical information to the service and operations team and address technical and malfunction issues of the system during the hangover stage.
• To assist with system training sessions for clients or end-users on system operations and best practices, including preparing system training slides for internal and external training.
• To prepare and maintain detailed and accurate documentation of assigned projects, including design plans and installation records.

Management:

• To coordinate with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors on project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budgets.
• To liaise with suppliers on equipment models and quotations.

QA:

• To conduct quality assurance checks to ensure in-house security systems meet performance standards.
• To adhere to safety and health procedures and rules documented in ISO 45001.

Compliance:

• To implement safety protocols during installation and maintenance activities and stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in security technology and industry trends.
