Advanced Excel skills are essential for this position, alongside experience with accounting software like QuickBooks and Xero.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or project-based environments.
• Experience in Full Set, AP/AR management, and cash flow forecasting.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate financial records and manage monthly/year-end closing.
• Oversee invoice processing and vendor management for timely disbursements.
• Generate and track client invoices, manage collections on overdue payments.
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition from project-based services.
• Track project budgets and conduct variance analysis for profitability.
