Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in high-volume manufacturing, with at least 5 years in operations leadership.
• Experience managing large teams (50–300+ staff) in shift or 24/7 operations.
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing, SPC, 6S.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production operations ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
• Drive factory KPIs including throughput and labor efficiency.
• Manage operational budgets and manpower forecasts.
