Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience or MS with 3+ years.
• Experience designing burn-in hardware and developing stress test patterns.
• Strong background in product engineering or test engineering for high-volume semiconductors.

Responsibilities

• Own product engineering deliverables from NPI through product launches.
• Support product qualification and reliability testing in line with JEDEC and AEC standards.
• Monitor key metrics across fab, assembly, and test to ensure product health.

Skills

Data analysis tools proficiency

Scripting language knowledge (e.g., JMP, Python, SQL, R)

Understanding of IC manufacturing and test processes

Experience with analog/mixed-signal ICs

Experience with wireless or IoT SoCs

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
