The successful candidate will manage the complete sourcing process, support purchasing activities in SAP, and ensure timely delivery of supplies while maintaining compliance with GMP standards. Candidates should hold a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field and possess strong teamwork and multi-tasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive work attitude.
• Ability to manage procurement policies and processes.
• Experience in handling Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the end-to-end sourcing process including managing quotations and liaising with vendors.
• Support purchasing activities through SAP and coordinate with suppliers.
• Manage supplier performance and assist with audit reviews.
