Primary Details

The purpose of this role is to develop sourcing plans for Procurements Lifecycle regionally / globally aligning with business objectives and best practices. This role involves reviewing strategic supplier relationships supporting team members and contributing to the teams foundational knowledge development.

The Opportunity
  • Partner effectively with all internal stakeholders of the procurement department.
  • Supervise coach and support team in effective ways of working to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assess and analyse spend and operations from acquired companies recommending alignment to best practices.
  • Influence cross-functional category teams maintain industry knowledge and incorporate feedback to meet customer needs and business goals.
  • Evaluate supplier performance through spend and savings data analysis to identify trends and gaps.
Your new role
  • Manage key suppliers through appropriate evaluation selection and governance for service quality and commercial value.
  • Conduct regular reviews with suppliers to ensure terms are met and address issues promptly.
  • Adhere to standard policies procedures and best practices for efficient operation and compliance.
