The purpose of this role is to develop sourcing plans for Procurements Lifecycle regionally / globally aligning with business objectives and best practices. This role involves reviewing strategic supplier relationships supporting team members and contributing to the teams foundational knowledge development.

The Opportunity

Partner effectively with all internal stakeholders of the procurement department.
Supervise coach and support team in effective ways of working to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Assess and analyse spend and operations from acquired companies recommending alignment to best practices.
Influence cross-functional category teams maintain industry knowledge and incorporate feedback to meet customer needs and business goals.
Evaluate supplier performance through spend and savings data analysis to identify trends and gaps.

Your new role

Manage key suppliers through appropriate evaluation selection and governance for service quality and commercial value.
Conduct regular reviews with suppliers to ensure terms are met and address issues promptly.
Adhere to standard policies procedures and best practices for efficient operation and compliance.

About you

Experience in managing external suppliers with increasing levels of responsibility preferred.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders identify improvement opportunities and manage external vendor relationships.
Deliver activities to maximise savings minimise risk and optimise service quality from suppliers.
