Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on semiconductor experience.
• Knowledge in quality control skills (ISO, SPC, RCA, DAMIC, DOE, etc.).
• Strong analytical and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Systematic troubleshooting of process and equipment-related problems.
• Drive continuous improvement projects (CIP) to achieve better quality and lower cost.
• Provide technical training to related staff on best-known practices.
