Responsibilities:
  1. Perform administrative duties and provide customer service to our patients.
  2. Responsible for registration and billing, payment/deposit collection, appointment scheduling as well as providing financial advice to patients.
  3. Scheduling follow-up appointments for patients.
  4. Assist with planned admissions at ambulatory centres, supporting OT resource management and admitting/discharge processes.
  5. Any other duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
  1. GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in any relevant discipline.
  2. 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare industry.
  3. Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
  4. Good interpersonal & communication skills.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
