Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the smooth and efficient running of the clinic counter.
  • Attends to patients' enquiries, provides directions, and assists with clarifications.
  • Assists in registration and billing of patients accurately.
  • Makes appointments for follow-up patients.
  • Assists patients with Medisave application/financial counselling.
  • Assists with doctors' requests relating to patients' management.
  • Prepares consultation rooms.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager or Senior Executive.
