Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee domestic and international procurement, operations management, and supply chain optimisation for the company's fresh food products.
• Manage and supervise the operations team, including training, performance evaluation, and team development.
• Establish and maintain long-term, stable cooperative relationships with domestic and international fresh food suppliers, conducting business negotiations and communications.
• Travel regularly to international origins/suppliers for on-site inspections, quality sampling, and verificationto ensure source product quality.
• Monitor and analyze operational data from all stages, prepare data reports, and provide accurate support for business decision-making.
• Gain insights into industry trends and market developments, continuously optimize operational processes, and improve overall efficiency and profitability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Minimum three years of operations management and team leadership experience in the fresh food industry, familiar with the complete domestic and international fresh food procurement process.
• Deep understanding of the China’s fresh food supply chain system, familiar with international characteristics, quality standards, and distribution channels for products like fruits and vegetables.
• Possess outstanding cross-cultural communication skills, capable of efficient and professional business engagement with international suppliers.
• Demonstrate keen business acumen, excellent teamwork skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to adapt to frequent international travel for origin verification and quality control.
• Possess strong data analysis capabilities, able to drive operational improvements and decisions based ondata.
