Our Singapore facility is a strategic hub in the Asia Pacific region with 22 years of expertise in import/export secondary packaging and labeling of clinical supplies, cold‑chain handling of temperature‑sensitive products, and full returns and destruction management.

Catalent Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager Operations who will lead excellence in clinical trial supply production. This pivotal role oversees pre‑production planning, label production, manufacturing, and packaging teams, ensuring world‑class quality and compliance in a GMP environment.

The Role

• Lead & Inspire: Provide strategic leadership to a dynamic operations team.
• Optimize Resources: Manage staffing and planning using S&OP data to meet production demands.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain audit‑ready standards and uphold EHS regulations.
• Drive Performance: Monitor KPIs, implement continuous improvement strategies, and maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate: Partner with stakeholders across QA, PM, and Supply Chain to achieve delivery goals.
