Job summary

A healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking a motivated individual to manage daily operations at assigned clinics. You will assist in staff recruitment, support data management tasks, and maintain high standards of patient care and customer service. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree and strong communication skills. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, while those with 2 years' experience in healthcare administration may qualify for senior roles. Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the assigned clinics.
  • Assist in recruitment of the front line staff.
  • Provide support in data submission and evaluation, including data entry, collection, and extraction.
  • Support administrative matters such as scheduling meetings and minute writing.
  • Collaborate with doctors and staff to maintain high standards of patient care.
  • Coordinate workflow between clinics and Corporate office.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs.
  • Serve as point of contact for doctors on operations matters.
  • Guide junior executives.
  • Manage other adhoc projects as assigned.

  • Working in collaboration with doctors and staff to maintain high standards of patient care, customer service and processes
  • Coordinate work flow between clinics and Corporate office
  • Ensure overall work processes are compliance with SOP
  • Point of contact for doctors on all operations matters
  • Guide junior executives
  • Other adhoc projects as assigned
Requirements
