Job summary

A leading architectural firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for attending technical meetings, coordinating architectural works with consultants and subcontractors, and supervising site progress. Candidates should possess a minimum Diploma in Architecture and have at least 5 years of relevant experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Architect or equivalent.
• 5 years relevant working experience in Architectural coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend technical meeting/site meetings with consultants, and provide technical solutions.
• Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical/site issues.
• Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications/drawings.
• Inform Project Director/Project Manager on any technical/site problems pertaining to architectural works.
• Supervise the progress of architectural works on site.
• Coordination of sub-contractor's architectural work and ensuring the work is on schedule.
