A leading technology services firm in Singapore is seeking a Senior Network & Security Engineer (L3 Support) to provide advanced technical support for network and security issues. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, deep knowledge of networking protocols and security technologies, as well as strong communication skills. This role requires a willingness to work in a 24x7 environment with on-call support responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of working experience in network and security support roles.
• Strong understanding of security protocols and network infrastructure.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 environment including on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Provide escalation support for Network and Security Products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and security incidents.
• Respond to incidents, ensuring minimal downtime.
