Job description

Network Planning & Design

• Design network architecture for LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, SD‑WAN, VPN, or Data Center networks.
• Develop high‑level and low‑level network designs (HLD/LLD).
• Plan IP addressing schemes, VLAN structures, routing strategies, and redundancy.
• Select appropriate network technologies, hardware, and topology.

Network Implementation & Deployment

• Configure routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless controllers.
• Oversee deployment of network infrastructure at customer sites or data centers.
• Conduct proof‑of‑concept (POC) and testing before rollout.
• Ensure network design aligns with performance and security requirements.

Service Delivery & Project Support

• Work with project managers to support new network service rollouts.
• Provide technical input for tenders, proposals, and solution design.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements and clarify technical needs.

Network Optimization & Performance Tuning

• Review existing networks and recommend improvements.
• Analyze traffic patterns, bottlenecks, and system capacities.
• Implement QoS, load balancing, redundancy, and failover strategies.

Network Security Design

• Design firewall policies, segmentation strategies, and secure access.
• Implement best practices (e.g., zero trust, NAC, VPN encryption).
• Ensure compliance with organizational or industry security standards.

Documentation & Technical Reports

• Prepare design documents: HLD, LLD, topology diagrams, network flow charts.
• Prepare configuration guides, operational manuals, and acceptance test documents.
• Maintain accurate network inventory and change logs.

Troubleshooting & Escalation Support

• Provide expert-level support for complex faults or outages.
• Participate in root‑cause analysis for major incidents.
• Guide operations/NOC teams to resolve persistent issues.

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

• Liaise with vendors, and hardware suppliers for solution delivery.
• Work closely with security, systems, and cloud teams on integration.
• Participate in client meetings as technical lead.

Technical Requirement

• Minimally 10 years of experience in IT Network
• Must have CCIE certification
• Must have experience in network design and implementations
• Must have experience in architecture and implementation of enterprise network strategies
• Must have experience in Network security like, VPN (IPsec, SSL/TLS VPN), Firewalls, IPS, Proxy, WAF, ISE, NAC, DLP, CASB, SIEM (Fortinet/ Splunk)
• Must have experience in Cisco Routing & Switching, F5 LTM/GTM, Aruba ClearPass, SDN/ACI, EVPN‑VxLAN, Network Security, Data Center Networks, NAC, DNA Center, Firewalls (Checkpoint/Palo Alto)
• Experience in Network Protocol (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IS‑IS) UAT, Incident & Change Management
