The selected candidate will mentor a team, manage design processes, and ensure compliance with Classification Rules. Ideal candidates will have 7 to 10 years of experience in the Marine industry, along with strong leadership qualities and proficiency in CAD software. This role offers a five-day work week and comprehensive transport provisions.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of experience in engineering design in Marine/Offshore/Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong experience in Naval architecture, Structure, Outfitting, Accommodation design.
• Strong knowledge of international design codes and Classification/Statutory Rules.

Responsibilities

• Mentor a team of engineers in Hull outfitting design.
• Prepare/review technical specifications for equipment and material procurement.
• Assist in the development of new designs and design concepts.
