Responsibilities

• Lead Store Managers to achieve sales targets and retail KPIs.
• Review store performance, identify opportunities, and implement improvement plans.
• Conduct regular store visits and ensure operational and service standards are met.
• Develop and coach store teams, supporting succession planning and staff development.
• Maintain strong store presentation and visual merchandising consistency.
• Coordinate with HR, merchandising, and logistics on manpower and operational needs.
• Manage administrative matters and support ad-hoc business initiatives.
