Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience with personnel management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise manufacturing activities and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Establish work orders and monitor performance metrics.
• Lead complex improvement projects and ensure staff training.
• Manage material usage and variances to meet production standards.
• Document ownership for assigned product line assembly procedures.
