Role Purpose

We seeking a Senior Media Executive to support and strengthen dentsu’s regional trading discipline and partner ecosystem across APAC. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational excellence in media trading by managing investment processes, maintaining partner performance insights, and supporting commercial rigor.

In addition, the role contributes to the growth and adoption of dentsu’s proprietary and principal media solutions across priority markets, acting as a critical operational link between regional strategy and local market execution.

Partner Engagement & Support

• Build and maintain productive relationships with key media partners across APAC.
• Understand trading priorities and identify opportunities to improve trading outcomes.
• Coordinate with local markets to enable partner deal delivery, inclusions, and requirements.
• Support regular business reviews, identifying challenges and opportunities to ensure deal performance.

Trading Operations & Process Excellence

• Ensure accurate and timely tracking of media investment and commitment activities.
• Consolidate and analyse data to deliver clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Maintain and enhance trading processes, documentation, and reporting standards.
• Coordinate regularly with media partners on trading deal reconciliation.

Growth Solutions Enablement

• Support the rollout and adoption of dentsu’s proprietary and principal solutions across markets.
• Prepare enablement materials, guides, and process documentation to support consistent execution.

Experience & Skills

• Experience in media trading, media operations, planning, or commercial operations preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
• Experience working with media partners in an operational capacity is advantageous.
• Excellent organisational skills in a fast‑paced, complex environment.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across multiple markets.
