Overview

Join Our Team as a Senior Marketing Manager! We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. If you are passionate about shaping marketing strategy, driving growth, and managing campaigns end-to-end, this role is for you!

Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across channels (digital, offline, content, PR) to align with business goals.
  • Campaign Leadership: Lead end-to-end campaign execution — from ideation and budget allocation through to creative oversight, implementation, and post-campaign performance assessment.
  • Team Management & Collaboration: Mentor and lead a marketing team; coordinate closely with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of marketing activities.
  • Brand & Communications Management: Oversee brand positioning, public relations, and corporate communications to maintain strong market reputation.
  • Digital & Analytics: Use data insights and metrics (ROI, conversion, engagement, etc.) to optimize marketing efforts, make decisions on channel mix, and improve performance.
  • Market Research & Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market trends, customer behavior, competitor activities; provide recommendations for product enhancements or marketing direction.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources wisely, and ensure cost efficiency without compromising campaign quality.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Report to senior leadership on marketing performance, KPIs, forecasts, and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in marketing roles, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or senior management capacity.
  • Strategic & Operational Skills: Proven ability to think both big-picture (strategy, brand) and also execute on details (campaign management, metrics).
  • Digital Marketing Proficiency: Strong experience across digital channels (SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, content, paid ads) and tools/analytics platforms.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Able to lead, mentor, and motivate a team; good collaboration skills across functions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present to senior leadership and external partners.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with data, able to derive insights, optimize, and pivot strategies as needed.
  • Adaptability: Able to manage change, take initiative, work under pressure, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
