A reputable recruitment agency in Singapore seeks a Senior Marketing Executive to oversee brand, digital, and e-commerce marketing activities. You will manage campaigns, coordinate with vendors, and update the Shopify store. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of marketing experience, particularly in retail or lifestyle sectors, and possesses strong skills in digital marketing and social media management. This role offers a basic salary of up to $4,500 in a hybrid working environment.

Our client is an established retail and e-commerce brand in the lifestyle/fashion space. They are expanding their in-house marketing capabilities and are looking for a hands‑on Senior Marketing Executive to take ownership of brand, digital, and e-commerce marketing activities.
This is a lean‑team environment offering strong exposure, autonomy, and end‑to‑end involvement across both online and offline channels.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions across digital and retail channels.
Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and campaign rollouts.
Coordinate with external vendors, designers, printers, and agencies to ensure timely delivery.
Support in‑store marketing initiatives including POS materials and visual merchandising.
Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing touchpoints.
Work with digital marketing agencies on paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
Plan and manage social media content calendars aligned with brand direction.
Support email marketing, CRM activities, customer database, and loyalty programmes.
Coordinate influencer collaborations and partnerships.
Respond to customer enquiries via email and social platforms when required.
Manage and update the Shopify online store (product uploads, banners, visuals, copy).
Coordinate e‑commerce campaigns, launches, and promotions.
Liaise with merchandising teams to ensure timely online updates.
Monitor website performance metrics including traffic, conversions, and sales.
Support retail teams on in‑store promotions, pop‑ups, and events.
Coordinate production of marketing materials such as signage and promotional assets.
Liaise with mall management for participation in mall‑wide campaigns.
Track marketing budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
Analyse campaign performance and ROI.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to recommend improvements.
Minimum 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably within retail, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
Comfortable managing end‑to‑end marketing campaigns.
Hands‑on experience with Shopify or e‑commerce platforms.
Familiar with digital marketing, social media platforms and influencer marketing.
Able to work independently in a small, fast‑moving team.
Strong coordination, communication and organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe / Canva is an advantage.
Positive attitude, proactive and detail‑oriented.
