Novahealth TCM Clinic is a professional Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinic committed to holistic health and wellness. We provide high-quality treatments including acupuncture, Tuina, EMMA, BIXEPS, herbal prescriptions, and preventive care.
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Executive to drive the execution of our marketing initiatives, manage campaigns, and implement partnership opportunities. This role combines hands‑on marketing with mentorship of junior team members, offering opportunities to demonstrate leadership potential and contribute to the growth of our brand and patient engagement.
Digital Marketing Execution
- Implement and optimize digital campaigns across social media (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Xiao Hong Shu) and e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Live).
- Assist in community engagement initiatives, including WhatsApp groups.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, recommending improvements for engagement and ROI.
Offline Marketing & Content Creation
- Produce, film, and manage content for internal training sessions, events, and promotional activities.
- Assist in developing in-clinic visuals, physician aids, and educational materials.
- Execute offline marketing initiatives such as exhibitions, corporate wellness days, and clinic events.
Partnerships & Collaboration
- Implement marketing partnership initiatives identified by the CEO or Current Senior Marketing Executive.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution of joint campaigns.
Team Guidance & Leadership Development
- Mentor the Junior Marketing Executive on campaign execution, content creation, and event coordination.
- Take initiative in projects, demonstrating problem-solving, decision‑making, and leadership potential.
Other Duties
- Lead or support ad hoc marketing projects as required to support business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Healthcare Administration; a background in TCM, wellness, or healthcare is a plus.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of TCM, wellness, or sports science is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin, to effectively liaise with patients and partners.
- Hands‑on experience executing digital and offline marketing campaigns, content creation, and event management.
- Demonstrated ability to implement partnerships and coordinate marketing initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Leadership potential with ability to mentor and guide junior staff, take ownership of projects, and drive results.
- Analytical and creative mindset with a focus on delivering measurable marketing outcomes.
