Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Marine Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales or technical support experience in marine turbocharger MRO.
• Strong technical knowledge of major OEM turbochargers (ABB, MET, etc.).
• Proven track record in sales performance and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willing to travel locally and overseas.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support for marine turbocharger systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and recommend service improvements.
• Coordinate with operations for smooth project handovers.
