Job description

You will be responsible in leading a team to manage new strategic partnerships, initiatives and operations that drive organisational growth and enhance competitive positioning. This role serves as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships whilst monitoring performance through defined KPIs and providing ROI analysis.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence to deliver value while optimizing efficiency and effectiveness across all operations.
  • Financial management and compliance including budget reporting and developing financial utilisation plan to optimise resources.
  • Serve as primary contact for contractual matters, liaise with legal teams and manage contract lifecycle and compliance.
  • Oversee initial operations for new collaborations, including regulatory compliance, facility planning, procurement, staffing and technology.
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in healthcare industry would be an advantage.
  • Team leader with proven track record of managing or working with high performing team, complex partnerships and achieving measurable results.
  • Familiar with supporting strategic planning, operations, data analysis, stakeholder communication and negotiation, relationship building.
  • Exhibits proven leadership capabilities in developing, guiding, and advancing junior team members.
  • Experience in contract/ project management and managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities for engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
