What You Will Do
  • Develop and maintain overall schedule, priorities, and status for key projects
  • Support coordination of working teams and stakeholders to execute against plan
  • Lead and participate in regional working sessions to develop roadmaps, business cases, and other project deliverables
  • Summarize collected material from working teams for executive updates
  • Drive consistent strategic frameworks, content development, and support structures to working teams
  • Partner across all functions within Asia Pacific and the business units to ensure successful outcomes on key organizational initiatives
  • Communicate regularly to all functional stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Coordinate alignment between multiple groups and organizations globally to deploy the aftermarket growth strategy for AMO NA&T including PW Aftermarket Sales, PACE, Customer Service, Engine Services, GSE, and the Operations GSC organization
  • Work with AMO strategy group to understand business’s competitive position in relation to the marketplace, including macro factors and trends which influence overall business operations and execution. Work collaboratively with all levels of management, personnel and customers, and have key skills in project management, general business, model/database building, and operational analytics
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Operations, Finance, Engineering or related fields
  • Strong understanding of Project and Program Management
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a cross-functional team in a matrix environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or a Master’s degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience
Qualification We Prefer
  • Ability to summarize and translate data into executive level presentation
  • Ability to manage multiple competing initiatives
  • High degree of analytical skills
