Overview

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing campaigns across our products, platforms, and initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of content marketing, product marketing, and campaign execution. You will shape compelling narratives, develop go-to-market strategies, and own end-to-end campaign delivery - whether that's launching a digital product, driving registrations for a global forum, or building awareness for a new content platform.

You are a strategic thinker who can translate complex ideas into compelling stories, use data to optimise performance, and take full ownership of outcomes. You'll bring a product marketing mindset to everything you do - understanding audiences, crafting positioning, and continuously improving based on what the data tells you.

Campaign Strategy & Go-to-Market
  • Own end-to-end marketing campaigns, from strategy and positioning through execution to performance analysis.
  • Develop audience-centric go-to-market strategies for our products, platforms, and initiatives.
  • Define campaign messaging, value propositions, and creative direction that cut through the noise.
  • Be accountable for campaign outcomes including registrations, engagement, pipeline, revenue, not just activities.
Content Marketing & Storytelling
  • Craft compelling narratives that communicate our value and resonate with our global audience of policymakers, financial institutions, and technology leaders.
  • Develop content strategies that support campaign objectives - thought leadership, demand generation, and brand building.
  • Write and edit high-quality marketing copy - EDMs, landing pages, social content, campaign assets.
  • Repurpose insights, research, and event content into engaging formats for different channels and audiences.
Integrated Campaign Execution
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns spanning email, social media, website, and paid media.
  • Lead email marketing - segmentation, copywriting, automation sequences, A/B testing.
  • Drive social media strategy and content that builds audience and engagement.
  • Coordinate across creative, performance marketing, and operations to deliver integrated campaigns on time and on target.
Data-Driven Optimisation
  • Use data to drive decisions, not just to report, but to actively improve campaign performance.
  • Implement tracking, testing, and measurement as standard practice (UTMs, A/B tests, conversion analysis).
  • Analyse what's working, diagnose what's not, and iterate quickly.
  • Translate insights into clear recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.

Experience & Background
  • 8–10 years of experience in marketing, with a strong foundation in content marketing, product marketing, or integrated campaigns.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills - you can craft narratives that engage and convert.
  • Hands-on experience with website management, email marketing, social media, and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
  • Comfortable working across the marketing mix - content, digital, performance, and brand.
