Job description
    As an Assistant Manager / Senior Manager HR at our organization based in Chembur, you will be reporting directly to the Director. With a minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, you should hold a Graduate degree, preferably in Bsc, Bpharm, MBA, or Bcom. Your work timings will be from 9.30 am to 6.00 pm with flexibility of 1 hour, and you will have the 2nd and 4th Saturday off along with Sundays.We are open to applications from both genders - Female and Male. The position offers the option of Provident Fund benefits based on your preference. Your role will involve core responsibilities such as managing Key Result Areas (KRA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and Performance Management. You will be leading a team of 4-5 individuals and overseeing tasks related to Performance Appraisal, Onboarding Procedures, Joining Formalities, Induction, and Exit Formalities.
