Job Description Summary

Lead FP&A processes, deliver strategic insights, build financial models, and drive data‑driven decisions through reporting, analysis, and business partnering using advanced tools and automation.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning, and monthly variance analysis.
  • Build and maintain robust financial models and dashboards to support scenario planning and key business decisions.
  • Drive insightful analysis of financial results and business drivers; highlight risks, opportunities, and trends.
  • Act as a strategic finance partner to business leaders, providing data‑driven insights and recommendations.
  • Present financial information in a clear, compelling way to both finance and non‑finance stakeholders.
  • Support business cases, investment evaluations, and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Own and execute detailed financial work—no task is too small.
  • Roll up your sleeves to gather data, perform analysis and ensure accuracy in reports and presentations.
  • Identify areas for automation or simplification of existing processes and lead initiatives to implement them.
  • Develop and deliver high‑quality management reporting and dashboards.
  • Use visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Ensure financial reports are concise, intuitive, and tailored to the needs of different audiences.
  • Continuously improve forecasting, reporting and analytical tools and processes.
  • Champion the use of technology in FP&A.
