Job summary

A leading healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking a dynamic fundraising professional to develop and execute strategies for Major Gifts and Mid-Level Giving. You will manage a portfolio of prospects, collaborate with healthcare leaders, and oversee fundraising initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in fundraising, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop strategic relationships to enhance donor engagement.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of direct fundraising experience.
• Experience working with Senior Volunteers and/or Committee Members.
• Proven experience in major gift fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Manage and solicit a portfolio of Major Gift & Mid-Level Giving prospects.
• Prepare management reports and budgets as necessary.
• Build collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
