Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 7–10 years of post‑qualification experience, admitted in England & Wales or New York.
• Prior in‑house experience within banking, fund management, or fund services.
• Strong capability in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and regulatory agreement.
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and support cross‑functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Legal in providing comprehensive legal and regulatory advisory.
• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and regulatory documents.
• Manage external counsel when needed.
• Contribute to internal governance committees.
