Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in application support or technical support.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving production issues on AS/400 systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support for the GMI (FIS) application.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
• Work closely with business users and operations teams.
• Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution.
• Participate in change management and patch implementations.
• Ensure compliance with IT controls and security.

Strong hands-on experience with AS/400 (IBM i / iSeries)
