Job summary

Job Summary

Oversee and lead daily IT operations to maintain secure, reliable systems and networks. Drive IT infrastructure management, project execution, and vendor collaboration to support business continuity and innovation at Fitness First Singapore.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and delegate tasks to IT executives and technicians to ensure timely completion of IT operations and projects
  • Manage and optimize IT infrastructure including servers, networks, hardware, software, and cloud services to support business needs
  • Plan and execute system upgrades, implementations, and IT projects to enhance operational efficiency and security
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues, providing escalation support to minimize downtime
  • Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and external consultants to secure resources and services aligned with organizational goals
  • Oversee IT asset management, licensing compliance, and budget monitoring to optimize resource utilization
  • Support business continuity planning, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity initiatives to safeguard organizational data and operations
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align IT strategies with business objectives and ensure transparency in IT operations
Required competencies and certifications
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant IT working experience
  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Experience in IT project implementation and vendor management
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
