Job Responsibilities

• Strategy Planning & Execution: Develop, update, and execute IT strategies aligned with group direction, covering IT infrastructure, information management, and security management.

• IT Infrastructure & In-house Server Management: Responsible for the procurement, installation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of computers, servers, network equipment, and other IT hardware facilities. Manage and support in-house servers to ensure performance, availability, and reliability.

• Application & System Management: Manage operating systems and application software (e.g. SAP, OA, Office, SRM, etc.) according to business requirements, ensuring smooth and stable user operations.

• Network Management: Ensure stable connectivity of internal networks and IoT environments; monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity or performance issues.

• Security & Data Protection: Implement security controls to safeguard IT systems and data against cyber threats. Establish backup strategies, perform regular backups, and conduct data recovery testing to ensure effectiveness.

• User Support: Provide IT support to employees, resolving issues related to computer hardware, software, and system usage.

• IT Asset Management: Maintain accurate tracking of IT assets, ensure equipment is in good working condition, and plan asset renewal and replacement cycles.

• Vendor Management: Coordinate with IT vendors and partners for hardware, software, and service procurement, ensuring deliverables meet technical and business requirements.

Job Requirement

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is typically required

• At least 5 to 8 years of experience in IT support, networking, or systems administration is usually needed, with some roles specifying more years of experience

• Proficiency with Windows and Linux server environments

• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi, along with experience in network infrastructure troubleshooting

• Experience with server administration (Active Directory, file sharing, backups) and virtualization technologies like VMware

• Familiarity with cloud technologies such as Microsoft 365, AWS Cloud is a significant advantage

• Knowledge of IT security principles, including antivirus, firewalls, user access control, and patch management

• Experience with IT infrastructure monitoring and management tools

• The ability to work independently, as well as being a collaborative team player, is crucial
