The Senior Investment Advisor plays a pivotal role within the investment team of our Multi Family Office, directly supporting the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) in formulating and executing investment strategies to optimize client portfolios and achieve their financial goals. The ideal candidate will possess deep market knowledge, exceptional analytical skills, and a strong client-focused approach to enhance our wealth management services. In addition, the Senior Investment Advisor will be responsible for managing Variable Capital Companies (VCCs) and ensuring adherence to governance and compliance requirements.

1. Investment Strategy Support
  • Assist the CIO in developing and implementing comprehensive investment strategies tailored to client and investment fund objectives and risk tolerances.
  • Contribute to market research and analysis, focusing on identifying trends, opportunities, and threats across various asset classes.
2. Investment and Portfolio Management
  • Manage a subset of client investment portfolios as well as VCCs, ensuring effective asset allocation and adherence to investment policies.
  • Regularly review portfolio and VCC performance, prepare detailed reports, and recommend adjustments as needed to align with changing market conditions and client objectives.
  • Oversee both client investment portfolios’ and funds' performance, making strategic decisions to optimize returns and manage risks.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation for all investment decisions, client interactions, and VCC-related activities.
3. Client Engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their investment goals and preferences while providing expert guidance and support.
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update clients on portfolio performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations.
4. Due Diligence and Investment Research
  • Perform thorough due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including evaluating financial and operational metrics of prospects.
  • Analyze macroeconomic and industry-specific data to identify viable investment options and assess risks.
5. Collaboration with the Investment Team
  • Work closely with other members of the investment team to coordinate efforts and share insights on market movements and investment opportunities.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies, portfolio performance, and client feedback.
6. Compliance and Governance
  • Ensure all investment activities adhere to established compliance standards and fund governance requirements.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation for all investment decisions and client interactions.
7. Market Monitoring
  • Continuously monitor economic indicators, market trends, and investment performance to inform tactical and strategic decisions.
  • Prepare regular market commentary and analysis for the investment team and clients.
8. Professional Development
  • Stay updated on industry developments, investment strategies, and regulatory changes through ongoing education and professional growth.
  • Contribute to the development of investment training materials for junior team members and support their learning and growth.
